The Institute for Religion, Politics and Society (IRPS) at the Australian Catholic University examines religion as a dynamic political and social force shaping the world around us. Researchers at IRPS focus on the interplay between religion and major social structures — including the economy, politics, and law — from a variety of disciplinary perspectives.
IRPS is seeking scholars of exceptional quality and international ambition to apply for a number of PhD scholarships. Scholarships are available within the following areas:
